Challenge

Flor wanted to significantly increase their eCommerce performance and to identify issues that might be prohibiting growth. In addition, the quickly evolving design firm was in need of a digital strategy to support their emerging retail channel and how to reach a new mass consumer base

Solution

To conduct an expert review of Flor’s existing e-commerce site, with inputs from all major retail channels within their ecosystem. We identified issues against best practices with the purpose of developing strategic recommendations through a holistic assessment that included Visual Design, User Experience and Technology perspectives.

Role: Creative Director

Oversight and collaboration with UX, Visual Design, and Technology.
