Challenge
As a leader in the care and understanding of cat needs, Catchow’s rich expert content, a key differentiator of the brand was hidden, not readily accessible or searchable.
Solution
We re-designed the Catchow website, pulling forward the rich expert content and the panel of vets to support a customer’s discovery of contextual and relevant information in relationship to product information. The panel of cat chow feline mentors were showcased in relevant product discovery points, aiding in encouraging customer engagement as customer’s were able to ask direct questions ranging from behavioral to health.
Role: Associate Creative Director
Led collaborations and oversight across all discipline and visual design, art directed the photo shoot of the Purina Cat Mentors (UI/Visual Design, UX, Content, Project & Development)
