Challenge

United was in need of a constant, predictable set of interaction standards that served as a unified source for all digital touch points across United’s ecosystem.

Solution

Create a scalable UI pattern library that acts as a living toolset and a reference point for all designers. One that reflects the culture of design at United Airlines and empowers designers with optimal solutions to both common and new UI efforts. 

Role: Creative Director

Led collaborations and client reviews, oversight across all disciplines, (UI/Visual Design, UX, Project Management)

Key Activities: Close collaborations with United's UX team, Definition of United Interaction Patterns, Catalog existing design patterns, Development of Principles, Collection of Best-in-class Examples, Digital library (Properties across: Desktop, Tablet, Mobile, Kiosk)
