Challenge

Saks Fifth Avenue was in need of a content management platform that would allow their marketing team to publish events information consistently and to support future growth.The current state customer experience was disjointed and did not align with the high-touch expectations of the luxury brand’s customers.

Solution

Elevate the visual design and experience to match the Saks brand and set the foundation for a multi-channel digital experience with centralized Saks Online with Retail events data in a way that would increase awareness and traffic to retail locations and allow for future growth towards an optimal end-to-end experience (event discovery to RSVP & store research).
